WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange for any product purchased online, provided all of the following terms and conditions are met.

For purchases made online, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may request a refund, store credit, or exchange, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Conditions of Return
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging and proof of purchase.
Delivery charges are non-refundable for returns due to an incorrect choice.
Products must be returned to the store at the customer’s own cost.
Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Defective Items
Defective or damaged goods (items that fail to meet our warranty) can be returned at any time during the warranty period.
For defective items, we will cover shipping costs to send you a replacement product.
You will be asked for relevant information regarding your return. Failure to provide this information may result in the return being unable to be processed.
Out of Stock
While we maintain large stock quantities, occasional out-of-stock situations may occur, which can delay orders.
If this happens, we will notify you promptly to check if it causes a problem.
In rare cases where two customers place an order for the same item simultaneously, the customer whose payment is received first will receive the product. The other customer will have their payment refunded.
Warranty
Each product provided by BARTAN is subject to specific warranty terms, limitations, and exclusions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply where:
Damage or defect is caused by normal wear and tear.
The product has been used for commercial purposes.
The product has been used other than its intended purpose.
The product has been subjected to abnormal conditions (temperature, humidity, water, pressure, etc.).
The defect has arisen due to the purchaser’s failure to properly maintain or use the product according to the Use and Care Instructions.
Scratches, stains, discoloration, or damage caused by overheating.
Consumer Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or defect.
You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
For minor failures, we reserve the right to offer repair only.
